For all assessments, the process may include the administration of standardized assessments of cognition, memory, and achievement as well as standardized questionnaires of mental health and the compilation of developmental history, learning history, and self-concept. A report can be supplied which provides documentation for Individual Educational Plans or recommendations for accommodations for work place or post-secondary studies.
