Coulter Psychology

Fees are $215/hour and payment is normally submitted at the time of service. A sliding scale is available for individuals with financial need. A psycho-educational assessment, inclusive of testing, scoring, analysis, and report writing, usually requires 10 – 15 hours to complete depending upon the complexity of the assessment. A psychological assessment usually requires 8 - 10 hours.

Fees for psychological services are not covered by OHIP. As a registered psychologist, Mary Ann's services are covered by many workplace benefit programs. The rate of coverage varies by program but usually ranges from $500 - $5000/year. Some programs require a doctor’s referral. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance providers before booking an appointment to determine their program’s coverage and requirements.
